For systems integrators
We sell robots. You build cells. We’re not going to compete with you for the work.
TPML Automation is a distributor. We supply the robots and accessories, carry the spares, back up field service and support the application. The integration work stays with you, and we put that in writing.
What certification involves
- 01
Training
Your engineers work through the xCore control platform, the RL programming language and graphical environment, force-control setup and safety configuration, including the RSC safety controller, safety zones and the certified safety functions.
- 02
Assessment
A practical assessment on a representative cell. We want to know your people can commission the arm and hand it over safely.
- 03
Certificate
Certified integrator status, a listing in our referral process and a direct technical line to us, with ROKAE engineering behind it.
What you get
- Integrator pricing
- Pricing built to leave room for your margin, with discounted demo units.
- Deal registration
- Register the opportunity and it's yours to work. We don't shop a registered deal to another integrator.
- Territory conversation
- An honest conversation up front about where you work and who else works there. We'd rather sort that out before a deal than during one.
- Lead referral
- End users find us through this site. We don't build cells, so those leads go to certified integrators.
What we provide
- Delivery dates you can plan around
- Robots are built to order. Every quote carries a confirmed ship and delivery window, so you can put a commissioning date in your proposal and hold to it.
- Accessories on the same quote
- Grippers, vision and cell hardware specified for the ROKAE controller, on one PO with the robot.
- Spare parts that grow with the installed base
- As robots go into the field, the parts most likely to stop them go on our shelf in Michigan.
- Field service backup
- When your team has done what it can on site, ours goes out. You keep the customer relationship.
- Application engineering
- Reachability studies, cycle-time estimates and gripper selection during the bid, before you've quoted a number you can't hit.
Straight answers
- Where are the robots made?
- ROKAE designs and manufactures them at its own plant in Shandong, China. We import them, handle customs and deliver them in the US. ROKAE is a public company, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since July 2026.
- Which safety standards do they meet?
- The collaborative line has 21 TÜV-certified safety functions.
- Can my customer accept a Chinese-built robot?
- Most can. Some defense programs and some OEMs restrict equipment by country of origin. Ask us early in the bid and we'll tell you plainly whether it's likely to be an issue.
- What happens when a problem needs ROKAE's engineers?
- We carry it. You and your customer deal with us, in your time zone, and we manage the escalation until it's closed.
