This site is operated by TPML Automation, Inc., a Michigan corporation (“we”, “us”). It covers tpmlauto.com only. Other websites operated by companies in the same family have their own policies and their own separate records; we do not share the information collected here with them for marketing purposes.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit the contact form or an integrator application, we receive the fields you complete — typically your name, company, email address, region and the details of your enquiry.
- Usage measurement. We use a self-hosted analytics service to count page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not set advertising cookies, does not use browser fingerprinting, and does not follow you to other websites.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, for security and reliability.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to assess integrator applications, to provide quotations and product support, and to keep the site working and secure. We use form submissions to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry in our customer relationship system.
We send marketing email only to people who have asked for it, and we confirm the request by email before adding anyone to a list. Every message carries an unsubscribe link. Replying to an enquiry is not marketing and does not require a subscription.
Who else sees it
We use third-party providers to host the site, deliver email and process form submissions, and they handle the data only to provide those services to us. Where an enquiry concerns a product matter that requires manufacturer input, we may share the technical details with ROKAE Robotics. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are retained for as long as the commercial relationship or its record-keeping requires. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from any list. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.
