What’s in the package
- Five-axis xMate CR20 collaborative robot in two sizes: RKE-PAR25 for cases up to 44 lb (20 kg), or RKE-PAR17 with longer reach for cases up to 31 lb (14 kg).
- Lifting column for stacks up to about 8 ft (2.5 m).
- Two pallet stations: the robot keeps stacking on one side while you swap the pallet on the other, and each side can run a different product.
- Pallets up to 55 × 55 in (1,400 × 1,400 mm), with presets for 48 × 40 in and common metric sizes.
- Cases from about 10 × 8 × 6 in to 22 × 20 × 16 in (250–550 × 200–500 × 150–400 mm) with the standard gripper.
- Foam vacuum gripper with single or dual case pick.
- 13.3 in touchscreen with production counts and cycle time.
- Power: 200–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, up to 2.5 kW, plus shop air for the gripper.

Setup without programming

Enter the pallet size, then the case size, weight and label direction.

Pick a pattern. The software generates column, interlocked and pinwheel patterns, or you drag cases into your own.

Set different patterns for odd and even layers, and add slip sheets where you need them.
